Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of residential property cases from start to finish. This position is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with proven experience in residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a variety of residential conveyancing cases, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers.
  • Perform title investigations, review property documents, and address any legal challenges that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as contracts, leases, and transfer deeds.
  • Conduct necessary searches and inquiries to ensure the property has a clear and marketable title.
  • Offer expert legal advice and support to clients regarding all facets of residential property law.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of residential property law and conveyancing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of establishing rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in independently managing a caseload of residential property transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding client service and achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in relevant conveyancing software and IT systems.
