Senior/Principal Antenna Design Engineer | Up to £68k | SC Eligibility Required | Hybrid | Milton Keynes

Are you an experienced Antenna Design Engineer looking for a challenging role in innovative Antenna Structures within Aerospace and Defense? Do you have a passion for designing and delivering cutting-edge antennas with supercomputing facilities?

This role may be the perfect fit for you if you are a proactive self-starter with ambition to grow, develop and progress in your career.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with expert support to design and deliver innovative antennas that meet customer requirements.
  2. Manage complex antenna design, product development and ongoing technical problem solving.
  3. Participate in technical reviews of products and provide expert advice.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Eligibility for security clearance.
  2. Experience with Electromagnetic (EM) Simulation for analysis and design optimization.
  3. Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of antenna measurement and related equipment.
  4. Proficiency in model driven engineering using MATLAB & Simulink.
  5. Strong understanding of System requirements and ability to derive Design and Architecture requirements.
  6. Excellent communication skills with experience in multidisciplinary teams.
