We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compute Library Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing high-performance kernels for ML operators on NPU architectures.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned engineer to leverage their expertise in kernel development, parallel programming languages, and machine learning frameworks to drive innovation in our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance kernels for ML operators on NPU architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate kernels into our ML frameworks
- Optimize kernel performance and scalability for large-scale ML workloads
- Mentor and lead junior engineers in kernel development and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in NPU architectures and ML frameworks
Requirements
- Extensive experience in GPU kernel development and optimization
- Proficiency in OpenCL, CUDA, or similar parallel programming languages
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Excellent C++ development skills and experience with kernel development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
