Job Title: Project Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Manager to join our Supply Chain Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project delivery from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Inventory Management.
  • Provide technical support for warehouse operations and Supply Chain Services projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed assembly work instructions and project deliverables.
  • Set up and maintain in-house automation production facilities.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to projects during implementation.
  • Support day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and driving program success.
  • Travel as required to support project activities (approximately 40% of the time).
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or data center operations.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain Services or manufacturing.
  • BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) or other relevant certifications.
  • IPC-620A certification.
  • Experience in pre-terminated copper/fibre and cable assembly, in-house or in the field of installations.
  • Experience in cable assembly location automation setup, a plus.
  • Previous hands-on data center operations or rack assembly experience.
  • Electrical Engineering Technology Degree, a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technology, including basic electrical networking and IP configuration.
  • Previous project management or manufacturing engineering experience, a plus.
  • Continuous Improvement experience, including Lean/Six Sigma, a plus.
Location:

This position is based in Lichfield, UK, supporting other EMEA locations. Remote work within the UK location can be considered for this role.
