Job Description

We are seeking skilled and reliable Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our dedicated team at Driver Hire Preston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and drive Class 2 HGV vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
  • Loading and unloading in a secure, safe and efficient manner.
  • Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 HGV licence.
  • Valid CPC qualification and Digi card.
  • Proven experience as a Class 2 HGV driver.
  • Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay and Benefits:

£14.60 per hour (PAYEU) with holiday pay.
