Job Description:
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Assistant. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with vulnerable children, providing support and guidance to help them reach their academic milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with learning disabilities and ASD
- Assist students in accessing their learning in a safe and engaging environment
- Support the class teacher in ensuring the classroom runs smoothly
- Help set up for lessons, clear up after lessons, and assist with outdoor activities
Requirements:
- Experience working in a classroom setting or with children who struggle with learning difficulties
- Positive attitude and passion to make a difference
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
