At William H Brown, we're seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in Scunthorpe. As a Branch Lister, you'll play a crucial role in listing and gaining new instructions for properties while providing exceptional customer service.

As a Branch Lister, you'll be responsible for listing properties and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You'll build rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone, ensuring the highest level of service.

Requirements:
  • Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator
  • Outstanding customer care/service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold a Full UK driving license
