About the Role
As a Retail Associate at TJX, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with your colleagues to create a treasure hunt experience that keeps our customers coming back for more.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back office.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
