We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Reed. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis.
  • Reviewing title documentation and source of funds.
  • Taking instructions from clients.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Absolute minimum of 1 years+ experience of conveyancing.
  • Ability to manage own caseload.
  • Law Degree desirable.
  • Knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Time management skills.
