Assistant Night Operations Manager

At The Ned, we're looking for a skilled and organized individual to support the leadership of our night-time operation as an Assistant Night Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Night Manager to oversee Front of House night operations, ensuring accurate night audit and daily reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest requests or issues during the shift, following glitch reporting procedures and escalating/handover to the morning team.
- Complete all night reporting and night auditing of the previous day.
- Communicate with overnight employees to maintain a smooth operation around the building.
- Partner with teams such as Security, Ground floor control, and senior leadership as needed.
