Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons New Beckenham Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging activities tailored to each child's needs, promoting their development towards key milestones.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment, ensuring the welfare, protection, health, and safety of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for children
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working with children, and a passion for making learning fun and engaging.

You should be able to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents, and possess strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements.
