Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Global Technology Solutions Ltd

Duration: 6-month contract

Rate: £115 per day via umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and support Windows 10/11 environments and related software and applications.
  • Support and maintain a stable and secure IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT services.
