Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Doorman to join our team at Mark's Club, a prestigious private members' dining club in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
  • Provide valet parking services, requiring a valid UK driving license and a clean driving record.
  • Assist members with taxis, directions, and retrieving valet-parked vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with the Reception Team to ensure awareness of business levels and special requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Doorman in a high-quality restaurant, club, or hotel.
  • Experience working with high-profile members and a strong understanding of luxury service standards.
  • A polite, courteous, and engaging approach, with a charismatic personality that builds memorable relationships.
  • A valid, in-date SIA license and a good command of the English language.
  • Excellent presentation and knowledge of the surrounding area.
