Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuations Surveyor to join our team as a Senior Surveyor or Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert valuation and advisory services to clients in the leisure and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct valuations for loan security, acquisitions, refinancing, and legal matters, adhering to RICS Red Book standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, growing your network through business development.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present key findings to clients.
Requirements
  • MRICS accreditation with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong experience with Red Book valuations.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Passion for leisure and hospitality properties.
