Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at a prestigious private hospital in North London. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre department, providing exceptional patient care and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient service while ensuring optimum patient care.
- Support with the day-to-day management of the theatre department and mentor junior members of the team.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration).
- Previous experience working within a hospital theatre department, preferably in Scrub or Anaesthetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
