Job Description

Role Overview

Nichols Digital Ltd is seeking a highly skilled M365 Solutions Expert to join our team. As an M365 Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional cloud services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Review and Suggestions: Conduct thorough reviews of Migration HLD/LLD Design Documents, providing clarification and feedback on Intune, Office 365, Security, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Testing, Validation, and Proof of Concept (POC): Perform script migration and Autopilot implementation for Intune, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with EU requirements.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all testing steps and results, providing valuable insights for future projects.
  • Planning and Synchronization: Coordinate activities with the SWO team to ensure smooth operations, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the EU IT team and the SWO team to ensure successful project outcomes, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years' experience in Intune, Office 365, and Security, with a strong understanding of enterprise applications and M365 tenant to tenant migration.
  • Experience in reviewing and providing feedback on technical design documents, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • BPSS clearance is required.
