Fire Safety Team Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Fire Safety Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Duty Fire Officer Team, ensuring that staffing levels are maintained and personnel are adequately trained to meet customer service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the DFSO Team, ensuring all duties are carried out in accordance with procedures and policies.
- Deputise and liaise with Securitas Fire Safety Services management regarding operational matters.
- Liaise with the CWML Fire Safety & Environment Manager and Building Management teams to ensure compliance with current Health and Safety legislation.
- Provide supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring they are equipped to handle queries and issues within CWML managed buildings or the Estate.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of fire safety procedures and policies, as well as experience in a supervisory or management role.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, with flexible days and times.
Salary:
£46,358.02 per annum.
