About the Role

The CPD Certification Service is a membership-based organisation that helps over 6,000 organisations produce world-class training and information-based material. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team of 21 home-based staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake case management, handling member submissions and supervising our processes through to certification.
  • Assess CPD submissions to determine their suitability for certification, covering a wide range of topics.
  • Work independently, with a ruthless attention to detail, to meet the demands of a high-volume administrative role.
Requirements
  • Education to tertiary level, possibly with experience in an educational or training environment.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to pass a simple English grammar test.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • A suitable working location, with a safe and ergonomic workspace.
  • Broadband with a minimum 40MB download speed.
What We Offer
  • A starting salary of £30,000, rising to £32,000 after a six-month probationary period.
