We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our Front Office Team at Quest Liverpool City Centre. Our establishment operates around the clock, necessitating shifts that may start early (7am-3.30pm) or run late (3pm-11.30pm). Night shifts may also be required on occasion.
This position is part-time, totaling 32 hours per week.
As our Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm and inviting welcome to our guests, ensuring their departure is equally pleasant by actively seeking ways to tailor their experience to their individual needs and travel plans.
- Taking initiative to address customer needs resourcefully and effectively.
- Engaging in the continuous learning and development of administrative tasks, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and excellence in service.
- Completing all shift-related tasks to the required standards and ensuring thorough handovers to subsequent shifts.
