About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team at CSSC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy, producing engaging content, and supporting our brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications meet the highest quality standards, aligning with our brand tone and identity.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence, engagement, and brand reach.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content across various formats, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts, to engage our audience and promote our brand.
  • Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture our leads and drive conversions.
  • Community Management: Manage and grow our online communities, fostering a strong connection with our members and promoting our brand.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on social media and email marketing performance, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and leverage partnerships with influencers and other organizations to expand our reach and build brand awareness.
  • Project Management: Support the delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Strong Brand Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of brand identity, tone, and messaging.
  • Social Media Experience: Have experience working with social media platforms, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.
  • Email Marketing Skills: Be proficient in email marketing software and have experience developing and executing email campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Possess strong writing, editing, and visual design skills, with experience creating content across various formats.
  • Project Management: Have experience managing multiple projects and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Be an effective communicator and team player, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
