Teaching Personnel London: Cover Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our Secondary Staff Team in the Tottenham area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom, ensuring students remain on task with pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are absent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage pupil behaviour in a classroom setting
  • Implement school behaviour policies as required
  • Be flexible and provide cover across a range of subjects and key stages
  • Provide 1:1 support and answer questions about processes and procedures
  • Keep pupils on task to complete their work
Requirements:
  • Good communication and behaviour management skills
  • High flexibility and ability to work with young people
  • Passion for education and charisma

Cover Supervisors will have access to an online diary to manage their work availability. Work will be offered on a daily basis, and can be flexible but also offered on a full-time basis. The school day typically commences from 08:30am until 15:30pm.
