What we seek in a Line Cook:

We are in search of a current Line Cook or a skilled Commis Chef eager for their next advancement, who possesses a genuine enthusiasm and talent for crafting high-quality fresh dishes in a welcoming atmosphere.
As the chosen Line Cook, you will:

  • Exhibit experience in delivering outstanding service through exceptional cuisine.
  • Show a commitment to providing remarkable food consistently.
  • Actively engage as a hands-on Line Cook / Kitchen Supervisor.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills, be a collaborative team member with strong communication abilities.
  • Collaborate with your Head Chef to showcase your creativity and capability by assisting in the design and execution of new menu items and daily specials.
  • Exhibit strong planning and organizational skills, essential for maintaining effective controls regarding both food cost and labor.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to driving sales and fostering growth through collaboration with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
