About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in bricklaying to join our team based in the North West. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site management, particularly within bricklaying projects, and possess the necessary qualifications to ensure site safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all site activities in the North West region, ensuring that bricklaying work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the site, including workforce management, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
- Liaise with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Bricklaying Experience: A strong background in bricklaying is essential, with hands-on experience in the trade.
- CSCS Card: Must hold a valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS Qualification: Possess a Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate.
