Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Technical Director, you will lead our NSW Water Engineering Team, acting as the Technical Lead for a group of highly skilled professionals. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering innovative solutions for civil water infrastructure projects, which encompass a variety of phases including investigations, studies, design, and construction technical guidance.
You will collaborate with esteemed clients such as Water Infrastructure NSW/WaterNSW, Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE), Hunter Water, and Sydney Water.
In addition to your engineering responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their capabilities. This position also offers opportunities for your own continuous learning and development, allowing you to refine your technical skills in civil engineering and design management.
This role can be based in Sydney, Newcastle, or Canberra.
