Job Summary

We are seeking a Night Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a Night Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation and service during nighttime hours, learning and practicing various cooking methods under the supervision of senior chefs, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in meal preparation and service during nighttime hours
  • Learn and practice various cooking methods under the supervision of senior chefs
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Receive, check, and store deliveries of fresh food and supplies
  • Observe and participate in different sections of the kitchen during night shifts
Requirements
  • Proven experience in culinary operations
  • Strong willingness to learn and support the kitchen team
  • Foundational knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards
