Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Maintech Recruitment LTD. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of production machinery on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and all associated system activity.
  • Provide maintenance support to production to ensure efficient performance of all equipment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely records are entered into the maintenance system relating to all work carried out, root causes, and spare parts used.
  • Adhere to all company SSOW and RA's for maintenance tasks, completing Dynamic Risk Assessments in ad-hoc situations.
  • Make food safety a priority while maintaining the machinery.

Requirements:

  • Recognised Engineering qualification, minimum of a level 3 City and Guilds.
  • Multi-skilled approach with either Mechanical or Electrical Bias.
  • Experience of working with manufacturing machinery.
  • Background preferably in Food Manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Fault finding on PLC's.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH is desirable.
