We are seeking a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team at Moorview Referrals in Northumberland. As an Inpatient Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional wards-based nursing care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in rounds and liaise with owners regarding patient updates
- Conduct discharge appointments and regular patient assessments
- Administer medication and nutrition in line with individual care plans
- Provide one-to-one care for complex cases
