Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Engineer to join our Geoscience service line. The successful candidate will develop competitive bids for projects in the construction and renewable energy sectors, engaging with clients, managing tender documentation, and representing the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage tender proposals, ensuring exemplary composition, content, and timely submission
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to consolidate data for cohesive tender responses
  • Refine proposal terms, ensuring compliance and protection with legal advice as needed
  • Handle procurement activities, including prequalification questionnaires and registration of interest
  • Manage the sales database, track business opportunities, and coordinate sales meetings to align with strategic business goals
  • Administer the archival and retrieval of tender-related documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Management or Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or Engineering
  • Experience within a commercial setting, particularly in sales, operations, or contract management in the offshore industry
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, demonstrating advanced computer skills
