About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including epilepsy and learning disabilities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and communication needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and care
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy and learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
