Global Immigration Senior Manager

Join a dynamic team at JAM Recruitment Ltd as a Global Immigration Senior Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in global corporate immigration work.

The Role:
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality advice and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Advise on complex global immigration issues, providing solutions and viable options.
  • Support the team with complex issues, including escalations and risk management.
  • General management: monitor team performance, identify training and development needs, and ensure sufficient support and coaching.
  • Take on a Performance Manager role, contributing to the team's overall development and providing support to the Director.
  • Lead on Risk Management for the Team, overseeing new client onboarding, scoping services, contracting, and pricing.
The Person:
  • Ambitious and highly experienced immigration professional with a desire to play a significant leadership role.
  • Ability to promote the team's work through internal and external presentations, articles, and team events.
  • High level of business acumen, including commercial analysis and current trends.
  • Proven track record across the breadth of global corporate immigration work.
