Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at Edenred Italia S.r.l. in a hybrid working environment. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of accounts processing for EPS, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accounts Payable Processing: Prepare and enter supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding is captured.
  2. Supplier Communication: Key point of contact dealing with any queries from suppliers.
  3. Statement Reconciliations: Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any queries.
  4. Payment Processing: Make payments to suppliers and other payments as they occur by due date.
  5. Reporting and Chasing: Provide weekly reporting and chasing, ensuring timely approvals of POs and Invoices.
  6. Aged Creditor Reports: Maintain the aged creditor reports.
  7. Unapproved Ageing Report: Maintain the unapproved ageing report, escalating overdue items where applicable.
Requirements
  1. Previous Experience: Previous end-to-end experience working in Accounts Payable.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service.
  4. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail.
  5. Team Player: Strong team player.
