Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at New Bond Street. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
    • Deliver personalized service and exceed client expectations
    • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and identify opportunities for growth
  • Omnichannel Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service across all channels, including in-store, online, and phone
    • Utilize omnichannel tools to drive sales and improve customer engagement
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with clients
  • Operations Excellence
    • Ensure a seamless and luxurious customer experience in-store and online
    • Support colleagues and managers to maintain a high level of service and quality
    • Participate in inventory management and store maintenance to ensure a well-organized and efficient environment

Requirements

  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English is required, with an additional language such as Mandarin or Arabic being beneficial
  • Customer Service Skills
    • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in CRM and omnichannel tools
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
