G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our busy Employment team in Bournemouth. As a key appointment, this role offers a clear career path and the opportunity to climb the career ladder with a respected law firm.

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Employment Solicitor with experience in advising employees and employers on employment law, settlement agreements, tribunal claims, redundancy, restrictive covenants, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal, and general employment matters. Business immigration experience would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on employment law matters, including claimant and respondent cases
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with clients to gain new business
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Employment team
