Raffles London at The OWO, a luxurious hotel located on London's Whitehall, is seeking a skilled Doorperson to join their Rooms Department. As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring their arrival and departure is seamless and memorable.

Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing the public areas of the hotel and providing exceptional service. Your role will involve supporting the Valet team with parking and retrieving cars, as well as promoting positive colleague relations through open communication and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest experience throughout the guest journey
  • Communicate with staff and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Build and develop good relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Manage time-sensitive targets and priorities
Requirements:
  • Driving license essential
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English, both verbal and written
  • Recent experience within a 5-star hotel or a similar role
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service and experiences
  • Proven track record of surprising and delighting guests
  • Able to work within a team and multitask
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be detail-oriented
