Position: Chef

Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Chef to enhance our culinary team. In this role, you will oversee food production and manage kitchen operations to guarantee the highest standards of culinary excellence.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes with superior quality and presentation.
• Lead and mentor kitchen personnel in food preparation methods and equipment usage.
• Innovate and design new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels, procure supplies, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage food waste, control expenses, and uphold a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a culinary setting.
• In-depth knowledge of food production techniques and culinary best practices.
• Exceptional cooking skills with the ability to prepare a wide variety of dishes.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing kitchen staff.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Night shifts
• Weekends only

Experience Requirements:

• Chef: 2 years (preferred)
• Cooking: 2 years (preferred)

Licenses/Certifications:
