Calex UK (Learning & Development) is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Ford dealer delegates, covering electrical, mechanical, and high voltage systems across all levels of Technician at Qualified, Senior, and Master curriculums. You will also be responsible for researching the latest vehicle technologies to support the training and development of delegates, differentiating between essential and supplementary knowledge. Additionally, you will ensure a supportive learning environment through encouraging questions, knowledge sharing, and utilizing a variety of hands-on and instructor-based training methods. Key responsibilities include delivering a blend of attended and virtual classroom technical training, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with delegates and dealer networks, promoting technical training programs, and building a good working relationship with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in written English and grammar, suitable academic or industry qualifications, and experience in delivering technical training material to workshop technicians. A valid, clean driving license and willingness to travel to regional sites are also required. The successful candidate will be based at the Henry Ford Academy in Daventry and will receive a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, and a range of benefits.
