Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Mavrec Recruitment. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating offers, vetting and registering new applicants, and organizing viewings.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-branched independent estate agency in Bracknell. As a Sales Negotiation Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team that values customer service and results across sales, lettings, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vet and register new applicants to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Organize and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers to secure the best possible deals for our clients
  • Support the sales team where needed to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

  • Early £20k's basic salary and £40k OTE
  • Car allowance to support your daily commute
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with 1 in 3 Saturdays
