- Good Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning, and building relationships.
- Customer Focused: Show a strong commitment to customer care and a customer-focused approach.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to work and colleagues, with a strong team player mentality.
- Creative Problem Solving: Show demonstrable creative problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging and overcoming any limiting beliefs held by participants.
- Workload Management: Demonstrate the ability to plan and organize workload to meet required targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Participant Barriers: Have an excellent working knowledge of participant barriers, products, and interventions available to them locally and funding streams.
- Analysis Skills: Show strong analysis skills, including the ability to assess and analyze issues/barriers and devise personalized action plans to move clients towards/into employment.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and right-first-time data entry.
- Level 3 Diploma in Employability Services Sector (ESS): Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Employability Services Sector (ESS) or be willing to achieve it within twelve months of appointment.
- Prior Experience: Have prior experience of working in a similar role in the Welfare to Work sector.
- Remote Team Experience: Have previous experience of working with remote teams.
- Institute of Employability Professionals: Be a member of the Institute of Employability Professionals.
