Procurement Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our client's team at Project Start Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source materials from suitable suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Work closely with our warehouse team to assist in the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback on quality and reliability.
Inventory Management:
  • Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet operational needs while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.
  • Coordinate with our warehouse team to track stock levels, monitor usage patterns, and identify replenishment needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
