Procurement AdministratorWe are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to join our client's team at Project Start Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Source materials from suitable suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Work closely with our warehouse team to assist in the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback on quality and reliability.
- Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet operational needs while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.
- Coordinate with our warehouse team to track stock levels, monitor usage patterns, and identify replenishment needs.
- Experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
