Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote council services and initiatives.
- Collaborate with council departments to identify community needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to foster partnerships and collaborations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the public, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development of council policies and procedures related to community engagement and outreach.
- Grade 5 SCP 24 - £36,032 salary.
- 37 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Fixed-term contract until 31 August 2025.
