About the Role
The GAP Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Account Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. As an Account Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of business between our Major Account customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain spreadsheets to track customer information and business transactions.
- Manage telephone enquiries from customers and GAP employees, obtaining detailed information as required.
- Produce weekly reports to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Raise contracts and authorise purchase order invoices in line with customer agreements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced accounts administration environment.
- A sound working knowledge of the power industry.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with experience of analysing data and producing high-quality reports.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, specifically Excel and Word.
