This pivotal role necessitates a certified accountant to oversee comprehensive sales operations reporting, procedural management, pricing strategies, and quotation processes.

  • The position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and involves regular interaction with key stakeholders.
  • Accountable for reporting on the sales pipeline, financial projections, and analytical insights related to pricing and client quotations.
  • Focus on process enhancement within sales operations, emphasizing continuous improvement, project management, and optimizing sales pipeline efficiency.
  • Engagement in pricing strategies for solutions, upkeep of pricing documentation, and ensuring clarity in pricing communication across the global portfolio.
  • Management of the quoting system utilized by internal sales teams and external partners, ensuring it reflects the latest product offerings and that outputs are measurable for sales enhancement.
  • Oversight of Sales Commission calculations, Sales Performance Metrics, and other commercial-related matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, a finance qualification, and experience in process evaluation and improvement program management.

Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members is essential, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A commitment to understanding and refining existing processes is crucial, as is the ability to work efficiently and consistently meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
