Equipment Coordinator

As an Equipment Coordinator at Frasers Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our equipment inventory. Reporting to the Group Facilities Audit & Sourcing Manager, you will collaborate with the Unitary team to maintain accurate records of equipment usage, condition, and location. Your responsibilities will include allocation, usage, and distribution of company equipment, as well as monitoring stock levels and submitting requests for purchasing new equipment or spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate and manage company equipment to meet operational demands.
- Ensure timely distribution and return of equipment as required by projects or departments.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, condition, and location in tracking systems.
- Monitor stock levels and submit requests for purchasing new equipment or spare parts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Source new suppliers when necessary and manage vendor relationships.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work with a variety of people ranging from day-to-day team members to senior members of the business and external partners.
- Able to react quickly to changes, prioritising tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
