The role of Finance Manager is a key position within the organization, reporting directly to the Head of Finance and supporting the Group Finance Team in providing accurate and timely financial reports.
Key Responsibilities- Process Enhancement: Take the lead in executing projects aimed at enhancing the Return-to-Return (R2R) process, offering a chance to make a lasting impact on the business.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate closely with senior management to refine reporting processes, controls, and systems, ensuring the delivery of insightful and accurate variance analysis each month.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee the month-end reconciliation of balance sheets and control accounts across the Group, ensuring adherence to the organization's accounting policies.
- Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of timely and relevant financial reports for the Executive Board and Senior Leadership Team, facilitating a balanced and objective evaluation of the Group's strategy and goals.
- Team Management: Manage two accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their responsibilities.
- Internal Controls: Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal controls to ensure the organization's financial reporting is accurate and reliable.
- External Audit: Support the external audit process and year-end procedures by addressing queries and providing necessary documentation.
