About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Royal Mail's Cardiff Workshop. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a range of inspections, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair procedures on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of light and heavy vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair faults on a range of vehicle makes and models
  • Work on a rotational shift pattern, including evenings and weekends
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience of working on a wide range of vehicles
  • Full manual driving licence (LGV preferred with trailer experience)
