We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at The Harrington Agency. As a leading agency in the industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and employees alike.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive occupational health service to our employees, including:

  • Absence Management: Developing and implementing strategies to reduce absenteeism and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Rehabilitation: Working with employees to identify and implement effective rehabilitation plans to return them to work safely and efficiently.
  • Health Surveillance: Conducting regular health checks and monitoring employee health to identify potential risks and take preventative measures.
  • Audiometry and Spirometry Testing: Conducting regular hearing and lung function tests to ensure employee safety.
  • FLT Fitness for Work and Function Tests: Assessing employee fitness for work and identifying any necessary modifications to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in occupational health, ideally in an industrial or commercial environment.
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage employees.
