Job Summary

New City College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to join our Health, Social Care and Early Years team. As a Lecturer in Early Years, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning programs in Early Years, Health and Social Care, and T Levels.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials that meet the needs of our students and employers.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach to teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the development of the college's strategic plan and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Qualified teacher or assessor with experience in Early Years, Health and Social Care, and/or T Levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality education and training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
