Fakenham Medical Practice is a dynamic and forward-thinking healthcare organization seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our practice and delivering high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our practice, including managing staff, facilities, and resources. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and CEO to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, monitor staff satisfaction and performance, and develop and implement practice policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in healthcare management, preferably in primary care. You will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage resources and work collaboratively with all partners. You will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare management.
