About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Bartley Green Lodge Residential Care Home. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team of care professionals and forming strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Lead a team of care professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents
