Parking Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Parking Coordinator to join our team at the Forestry Commission. As a key member of our Customer Relations Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to our National Parking Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day operating matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to car parking queries from the public and internal general enquiries.
- Remote monitoring of barriered car park systems and responding to visitors over an intercom system.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to manage parking equipment service requests.
- Process visitor refunds and raise purchase orders and process invoices.
- Undertake monthly financial and banking reconciliation tasks.
- Collate and distribute parking information and business intelligence reports.
- Provide project management support during the implementation and mobilization of projects.
- Contribute to various support tasks as required, including information and data gathering for analysis.
- Exemplary customer service skills, including experience of complaints handling.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven administrative ability and attention to detail.
- Experience of delivering administrative tasks across multiple work areas or projects, to deadlines.
- Competent IT user with experience of Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).
